After completing a new employee placement with us, we are so sure that the employee you choose will be what you were hoping for that we are willing to guarantee it.
At any time during the Second Chance guarantee period, if you or your new employee decide that this hire isn’t the right fit for you, we will replace the employee at no additional cost to you.
That’s right. We will go through our entire recruitment process again to give you a second chance at finding the perfect person for your company.
- The Second Chance guarantee is only available on our Gold and Platinum recruitment packages.
- The Second Chance guarantee is a one-time replacement.
- The Second Chance guarantee replacement must be for the same position.
- To validate the Second Chance guarantee, the invoice must be paid in full or, if on a payment plan, all payments must be up to date.
- The Second Chance guarantee does not apply to employer relocations, restructuring or work shortages.
